Food poisoning

I was @McDonalds_SA Verulam yesterday, bought 2 McFeast meals with 2 McFizz and a Happy meal for my 21month old daughter. We had it for supper, had nothing after consuming your food, now we are vomiting, our stomachs are runny. Please look into the matter
