Food Poisoning

Purchased a Big Mac meal at approximately 14:30 on April 9th 2015, at the Parow branch of McDonald's, on the corner of Jean Simonis and De Lay Rey.<br> <br> Began noticing gastric discomfort and diarrhea at around 18:00, vomited up the Big Mac meal at 20:30. Didn't eat anything else today besides cereal and milk in the morning, neither of which has ever caused me any harm.<br> <br> Do not purchase food here if you prefer the contents of your stomach moving in one direction only.
