Food ordered not delivered

I placed an order at about 11:30 for food to be delivered at the office via the Mc delivery option on the website, this is not the first time. My Order Number: ***- ***. The last update I received was that my delivery was at 11:43 indicating that the order is on the way, it is currently 14:30 right now, I still have not received my order and no update. Clearly the McDonald people do not see a need to prepare and deliver food or make contact if there is a glitch. Yet we as paying customers (since this was not a free meal) have to be sitting here wondering what could be happening. This nonsense and should be dealt with accordingly. I am very disappointed at McDonald's service. The last time I ordered, my order was updated to delivered yet nothing was delivered, the delivery guy later called saying he got lost - I know this is not true because the distance from McDonald's to our office park is way too short for someone to get lost. Then when he eventually called he asked if I am waiting for a nandos delivery, yet the details on the order clearly indicate that this is a McDonald's order.
