Food old and taste like old oil

Myself and husband most mornings purchase mc donalds boerie breakfast we drive a new route to work and stopped by mc donalds close to durban road for the past week or two their cuppachino machine has been broken and the chips is old.. chips taste like old oil and is hard... we had to throw it away.. not impressed since ive been purchasing there the food is not same quality as epping mc donalds always satisfied with their quality...
