Food not what I ordered

On the 01st March was at Maponya Mc Donald's I placed an order for 2 chilli cheese double burger meals and other stuff. When we got home the double chilli cheese burgers was single burgers but I paid for the double is this the serve McDonald's gives. I tried calling the store the lady acted like she didn't hear me
