Food not up to Standard

Myself and friends ordered from Mc Donald's in Doncaster Road, Kenilworth.When we received our delivery the food was cold and the chips tasted old.The burgers were dry and lacked flavor with no sauce and beverages were flat.It really was not an enjoyable meal.We called in the same day and spoke to the Manager,Teresa to let her know she then mentioned we would receive a voucher and up till today we have not.

This was surely a lack in customer service.
