Food not received from McDonald's quagga

I ordered food around 21:00 27/09/18 order no 272 from McDonald's quagga, 241 cnr Buitenkant st &Church st, Pretoria West, Pretoria 0008, they told me that I will receive my order around 23:00, I waited patiently for the order, around 22:45 the delivery guy named Tshiamo Stee (true caller name) called and told me since he has a lot of orders to deliver I have to go outsideand walk about 200m to meet him half way, I refused because it was late, dark and not safe for me to walk, then I called the shop several times ( ********** ) they told me the same story that the delivery guy isn't answering his phone till today im still waiting for my food, WHAT MUST I DO?
