Food Delivery

On the 21st December 2017 i ordered 1 Med Big Mac,1 Vanilla McFizz, 1 Med Big Mac with 1 Med Coke and 1 4 Nuggets with 1 Jalapeno Sauce at MacDonald's Restaurant in Craighall Park. However when I received my order it was an incorrect order and i immediately called them to inform them about the incorrect order and i was informed that a driver will come in 15 minutes to delivery the correct order however i waited and nobody came. I had to call them again to do follow up and i was informed that the manager will call me.

A manager called me and told me that the correct order will be delivered on the 22nd and still nobody came, no one called. I am unhappy about the service that was provided to me because firstly I had to keep calling to do follow up, no one bothered to call despite the promises that were made to me about the food being delivered and lastly i had to give away food i could not eat it anymore and it was something that i had not ordered. Today is the 27th and nobody bothered themselves to call me, the customer service that was given to me does not reflect any of the MacDonald's values.
