FOOD DELIVERED THREE HOURS LATER!!!

I am very upset with ordering from mc donalds which is literally 5 minutes away and getting the food delivered three hours later. Nobody called to let us know that the food was coming late and when the driver arrived he was also very rude about being late! Never ordering from you again because your service is ****!
