Food delivered 2 hours later

I placed an online order at around 19:05 and at 20:00,i get a pop up message saying my food will not be delivered and when I contact the call center at around 20:15, I am told my food will be delivered in the next 15 minutes. The food was finally delivered at 21:00 at this day and age who takes 2 hours to deliver fast food. I am never buying from McDonald's again. Terrible service.
