Food and staff

So yesterday we went to order by Mcdonalds who we love eating by.When we stopped in the drive way to order food we must of reordered about 5-6 times just so that he could understand us and to get our order right as he didnt understand the order,when we went to the window to pay our order was wrong and once again the staff don't listen we had to reorder about 3 times just so that the guy would order correctly our 3 burgers and 3 fries..I am so disgusted by Mcdonalds service,Our food was cold when we got it the fries tasted old and my burger was falling apart,How can you serve food like that to a customer ,at least next time give people hot food ,But never again will Mcdonalds see me.Hope you guys do some effort to train your Waverley branch in Pretoria and to keep the food looking good enough to eat for customers.
