Food and drinks don't match what you pay for

On visiting McDonald's at Van der Bijl Park on Sunday 7 January 2018 i will confidently say i will not visit this outlet again. Toilets were dirty with no toilet paper, no Minute **** juice available, chocolate milkshakes sent back as they looked like milk and when new drinks received they are icy not smooth, the Happy Meal burger was falling out of the wrapper so i thought some one had tampered with the burger. Sadly when i called customer service there was no answer, on Monday i called again and a friendly lady took my details and later in the day the someone from the outlet called (they did not tell me what their position was). Her way of resolving the issue was to state that she did not know how this happened and i must come eat there as it will never happen again. i find this strange as last year in August i experienced similar issues.
