Fly in my food McDonald Mafikeng The Crossing

I found a fly in my food at McDonald's in Mafikeng North West The Crossing,I had major nausea and puked a lot after the incident.The manager said the matter is being further investigated and invited me for an open door but has not contacted me since! Disgusting!
