Fly in my burger

I purchased 4 chilli cheese meals, one cajun chicken and four nuggets at McDonalds im Hillfox today.

When I opened the meal I found a Fly in my burger.

Guys, this is disgusting. Three of the 5 meals were already eaten. This one has a fly in it and the final one we no longer trust. Please advise
