Fly eggs on McDonalds Mcnuggets

Rating should be 0 rating. McDonalds served my 6 year old boy chicken nuggets with fly eggs on it. I have raised this with McDonalds and all they did was to invite me to come and see how they prepare food. This after the fact when they will be prepared. What does this help. Untill today I have not even had the decency of an apology for the disgusting and unhygienic food served to my little boy who loved McDonalds so much... I requested to speak to a manager and this has fallen on death ears I have followed up repeatedly and I am ignored. Cannot express my utter disgust with the food and service recieved. My little boy was traumatized by this and refuses to eat McDonalds. He got sick and even missed school following this. Coincidence or not it is truly shameful and despicable... is this accepted behavior? I have the pictures of course and proof of purchase.
