Floppy cheese saga

I was very disappointed with the service that I received from Macdonald braam last week, I had ordered breakfast for a friend and I as we had an early morning and did not have the time for a meal at home entrusted their service as it's always been brilliant except that morning I had ordered a meal with extra cheese when I received the order I was do dissatisfied as the cheese had melted and I lost the desire to have my meal this was escalated on Facebook, and Macdonald was quick to respond and request for my details however till this day nothing has been said by Macdonald I feel unimportant and disrespected as I am a customer who was promised to be contacted.
