First buy food before you use the bathroom

Good day I visited your Mc Donlads Claremont branch on Sunday the 1st of July at 1210am. I got into the shop I wants to buy a meal then I went first to the bathroom and it was locked I went to the counter and asked one of your cashiers to open for me then she told me I must buy something to access the bathroom. Then she opened the door for me saying they will only give access to the toilet if I buy something. I felt offended with her statement and whilst I was leaving ypur security guard on duty told me I have to buy something because I used your bathrooms and I told him. That's a violation against my rights. And I told him he has to respect me as a customer and he even insulted me more. I warned him I was going to report to McDonald's website and he said he doesn't care .

I don't know what type of customer care is it where you force people to buy and insult them.
