Filthy service and unprofessional managers at Mc Donald's Okavango Brackenfell

I am writing this complaint regarding the Mc Donalds service at Mc Donalds in Okavango in Brackenfell. The service there is very often disgusting and not up to standard but I use it due to my son always wanting to go. Today I went to the drive thru to buy A Nazo meal, spicy cajun. When I recieved the food, I got a warm drink and I was told there is no ice. I drive off, I noticed the fries were cold but I proceeded to eat the meal. As I eat, I noticed that there is only the white sauce, lettuce and a chicken patty. The chicken is not spicy, there is no tomato, there is no cheese, the meal is bland!!!. I turn back to get a refund for my meal because there were just too many things wrong with it. I literally presented to the counter, explained what happened and asked for a refund. I was not loud, I did not shout or throw a tantrum, I was very irritated because previously I had discovered these accidents at home, I did not feel like going off, I was just quiet. After waiting for so long for the person who was attending to me, the people at the back were concerned that I had been waiting too long, the manager eventually comes with the money and a slip for me to sign (It was a dark, slip xhosa lady). I sign, take the money and walk out...as I walk out, I hear her blurt out that "Its because she is pregnant", was I supposed to smile and laugh when my meal was wrong yet again? Yes I am pregnant, but is refunds accepted only for unpregnant people. I went up to her to ask her what she was saying and she told me she is not speaking to me. I received no apology for the awful service nor her unprofessional behavior as a manager. Kindly note that her act of ************** is highly offensive and could put herself and the franchise in a legal predicament, and I can assure you that I will not be subjected to such ************** before, during or after my pregnancy.
