Fed up

I'm so disappointed in the service this morning ,, I am a dedicated customer that went for breakfast every morning , but every morning i have to wait at least 15 minutes for a cup of coffee, it seems as if the staff is not organised , and nothing is been done about it .This morning i've order a orange juice and which tasted like water, and discovered that my burger did not have a patty on ,,and there was a piece of lettuces on the burger . Please attend to this service because the customers are becoming fed up.Hope to hear from you soon. <br> <br> Mr. A Modack
