False Promises

I won a Theme Park Ticket (voucher number 491712) in the recent McDonalds promotion. I duly called the *** number on Saturday the 16th of May according to the instructions on the voucher. I then got a call from a Call Centre agent on Monday the 18th of May where she asked me to provide her with my e-mail address so she could send me a form to complete before the 24th of May. I waited for a whole week and the form never came. Sensing that the deadline was about to pass, I then sent an e-mail to [Email Removed] on Saturday the 23rd of May explaining my situation. Up to now, no-one has bothered to reply, and the deadline has passed. So what was the point of giving me this prize when there was clearly no intention to honour your promise? I can't believe that such a world known brand can act in a manner devoid of integrity and ethics. May someone responsible care to respond.
