false competition

I won 3 theme park experience tickets from McDonald's, claimed the price even today m still waiting to hear from them every-time i try call the third party they keep on telling me that they will call me back even today.i wasted my air time and money for faxing for nothing, why run a competition at the first place if u not gonna keep up to it or is this your way to attract more customers?
