False advertising . No supplies

I have been meeting with friends on a weekly basis at Macdonald Mall@reds . Every week there is a shortage of products Firstly the staff is waiting for a microwave to arrive to make donut bites 2 weeks in a row they were waiting for a supply of donuts so were unable to serve donut and coffee special . They run out of milk or coffee machine is not working . Our complains are not taken seriously or swept under rug . One day the shop was closed because there was no electricity one day there was no water . The rest of Mall was working well . We are seniors and meet there because it is convenient and central but are seriously looking at another venue
