false advertising, misleading, time energy and petrol wasted

i have drove to Mt edgecombe Mcdonalds on numerous occasions over the past six months and their doors are closed after 10pm i think however they have a huge sign that states 24hours open, false advertising, misleading, time energy and petrol wasted.
