False advertising

Whenever I go to Mc Donald's on Simon vermooten road Pretoria I ask for a chocolate shake and I'm always told there is none but it is advertised on the menus staff members are rude and do not confirm orders therefore making errors I'm not impressed this Mc Donald's should close down, false advertising
