False advertising bad company ethics

This amazing 24-hour venue boasts to be 24 hours which it really is not as every time we arrive early in the morning here by about 2am and many other different times in the morning they claim to be rebooting system every single morning which is a grampy professional person at the order window, basically russing us away so she can close her window to get warm......
