FALSE ADVERTISING

Good Morning,

I have purchased a 4 meals from McDonalds and have upsized the meal to get the following promotion which the 2X movie tickets. When I tried to redeem the promotional offer the option to redeem for the movie ticket was not available.

However this option is still being advertised on the promotional boards in the restaurants and online. As per the website it states that should there be any changes the customers will be notified the McDonalds website however there is no update whatsoever. This is false advertising as we are buying the meals thinking that the movie ticket option is available when it is not. this is unacceptable as all your customer’s needs to be notified about ant changes.

I will be posting this on hello peter should I not receive any feedback.
