False advertising

So they have this false promotion currently running, I bought a meal and got a scratch card, I then redeemed it and received a message saying that I would receive an sms to advise me further regarding my reward till today I'm still waiting... I have sent an email to follow up and all I got was just an automated reply saying that I will be attended withing 48 hours... It's been over two weeks now
