False Advertising

This morning at 2:05am I passed through the McDonald's drive through on my way home. When I got to the window the guy helping said that they are closed for the next 20 minutes. I told him that they are advertising that they are open 24 hours a day which means that they must be open. He said he would get a manager. A security guard then approached my car and said that they would be closed for 20 minutes. I told him that I was waiting for a manager. Needless to say that the manager never even bothered to come and see me regardless of me waiting several minutes and trying to get someone's attention by honking my horn. I was just completely ignored. I work in the food industry and am very fami**** with South African legislation. I'm very sure that the advertising standards authority would be very interested in the fact that you falsely advertise that you are open for 24 hours a day when in fact you are only open 11 and a half hours per day. You wasted my time and fuel, never mind the fact that I had to drive to your Bellville branch (when I live in Brackenfell) just to get some service
