False advertising

Mc donalds are selling burgers with false advertising. Its just the bun, patty cheese and tomato sauce from my double quater pounder. And the second time my mc feast deluxe looked the same with just sauce in it. Im a customer who uses drive through and really don't worry about my meals cause as a casual customer i have always trusted them with great service
