False advertising

I bought McDonald's 5 times for the month by 2 diffent franchise's and I never get anything from that to do with winning they always say it's offline or they don't have so why advertise all day and then I get nothing then rather keep it to yourself I doubt I will ever buy there again cos of lies and people attitude that stink
