False Advertising

ABSOLUTE TERRIBLE experience at McDonald's Tokai. Twice I have been through the drive through. 1st time I was half way through the drive through so couldn't turn around only to be told "the ice cream machine is out of order ". Last night before work it was a hot evening a wanted a Macflurry, again only once I'm in the drive-thru I'm informed they don't have stock of oreos. There was no sign to inform customers of this. The staff couldn't care less and all have faces with their lips hanging on the ground. For a fast food restaurant they get 1st prize for being extremely slow. I'll recommend no 1 to go here! The manager couldn't give a dam about my concerns and just says "okay okay"
