False adverti*****t and bad service

The worst burger I've ever had. I Ordered Double Big Mac on 14/08/2017 & got a burger that remotely resembles what is advertised (in content and size) at @McDonald's in Observatory, Cape Town. The burger had no sauce, letuce and pickle except a tiny slice of cheese that I had to dig deep to see it. I opened the burger at the store to show the staff and they told me that is what they are selling!!! I've taken a photo of the ad from the store & the actual burger (with the receipt) for comparison.
