Failure to re fund my money.

So I went to McDonald's jabulani mall on the 23rd of December 2021. I purchased 1 happy meal and 1 Big Mac meal and 1 Fold over meal the self service machine froze during the payment process but the payment was made and when I got to the till the cashier told me to purchase again and my money will be reversed into my account within 48 hours. I went back to the restaurant on the 28th of December 2021 and I was told to submit my bank statement and other personal details. I was kindly assisted by Thando and she submitted the documents to her manager and the manager never bothered to do a follow up. I went back in January to follow up on my claim, and I was told the manager never sent my documents for the claim. Till today I haven't been paid back the money that McDonald's owes me what's worse is they call to confirm my banking details but I'm still waiting.
