Extremey bad service mcdonalds

We ordered two meals at mc donalds sefako makgatho branch. We gad one chips and one sauce missing. I spoke to manager Mahali, they we going to deliver the balance, so 40 mins later they delivered a cold chips and the wrong sauce. Very dissapointed.
