Extremely unsatisfactory food quality

I bought a meal at above outlet on the 18 December 2022 through Uber Eats and today on the 30 December i received a message stating that my query has been resolved but i am still waiting outcome. I bought a Mcfeast burger and jelopino chips which which the chips was so little and the burger patties so dry.bAt the time of my complaint i was not directed to complain at Uber Eats at all but was informed that they will get back to me. So today after receiving the message i complained again and was called to say that they will only replace the jelopino chips i bought and not my burger as well and that i must collect it at the store. Akso, now only, 2 weeks later, i am informed to complain to Uber Eats Bare in mind that i used a paid meter to collect my food because I don't have a vehicle to go to the outlet by myself. What poor service from McDonald's. And i know i won't get my meal back because on Uber there is a time frame for complaint's
