Extremely terrible service

<p>On the 19 Nov and at 14h52 - we went to McDonalds and ordered 3happy meals. The happy meals were packed in brown bags, instead of happy meals boxes and they said they ran out of happy meal boxes.. They just gave me the burgers and chips, then 3toys. We realised when we got to Sebokeng, that they didn't give us drinks, we had to drive back to Vanderbijl and they gave us 3creme soda drinks - when I asked about the juice, they said they're out of stock. When we placed an order, no one bothered to tell us that they don't have juice and happy meal boxes, my kids were not impressed. The lady i spoke to, **** and said to me,, a hapoy meal cimes with a fizzy drink, if i want with juice it will be R46, like seriously - i then asked her why does they advertise it with juice on their on all Mcdonalds outlets, she said at Vanderbijl they sell it like that. I always order happy meals for my kids at Mcdonalds Southgate and it always comes with juice and its not R46 like they said at Vamderbijl. The service is very poor and degrading and this is not the first we got such poor service at the same place -McDonalds Vanderbijl park lacks customer service period!!!</p>
