extremely slow service

<p>i placed an order at 11:45 20/07/2016 the estimated delivery time was 12:25-12:40 i am writing this at 01:38pm no delivery as yet. the order number is 55-20/07/2 ********** . i called the store was told at 1:08 the order is outside went outside dololo order. called back was told the order is ready and should be here in 5 minutes called again and was told the driver spilled the drinks and has gone back to fetch other drinks how do i cancel this bull**** order.</p>
