Extremely rude employees

I am very unhappy with the service at McDonald's rosebank drive through. I made an order for a nazo meal through their telecoms and the lady put down the wrong information. Instead of apologizing for the they started being rude and disrespectful with her colleagues saying "this client is crazy, he doesn't know what he wants." I find that very unprofessional and very poor.
