EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE WITH BAD ATTITUDE

We went for lunch just two blocks away from my office to have lunch at Mc Donald's without being aware that our lunch will be spoiled by the manager on duty called: Nombuso. My colleague ordered a big mac which came out in less than 5 minutes, i then ordered mine with no onion. I had to wait for over 20 minutes and to my surprise, the orders that came after me were being processed. When i asked the manager, she then mumbles and say mine delayed because there was no beef petty yet the customers that ordered after me received a beef petty and i could see then eating on the table. She later refused to assist me, neither to give me a valid reason because i was irritated yet my colleagues were waiting for me until their foods gets cold. instead she starts swearing and leaves the floor to the back.
