Extremely poor service from the online team

Terrible online service. I placed an order online for delivery, made payment and while the payment went off from my account the website stated the payment was "Unsuccessful" but no reversal was done. I received no confirmation email that my order was received and tried to phone the branch in Middelburg I placed the order at but no one answers the phone. I will never recommend or use McDelivery again. Mr D might be more expensive but at least they don't take people's money and then go radio silence.
