Extremely poor service

Today I received the worst service ever, I please a order on my McDonald's app for delivery, the money was taken and I was told that my order will be delivered by 12h20. Two hours later they can't deliver and I need to wait 5days for a refund.

This is extremely unprofessional of them to do.
