EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE!

First of all this Mc Donald's is brand new and advertise that they operate 24/7, but for this particular Mc Donalds this is definitely not the case! I have been to this Mc Donalds 4 times prior to the last episode.<br> <br> First visit: No one present at the intercom and no one present at the service window.<br> Second, third & fourth visit: The employee directed me to wait in the parking lot whilst busy with my order. It would have been fine if the Mc Donald's was busy but there were no other customers. It also took them 15-20 minutes to complete the order. It is also not very safe for a lady to wait alone in her car in the (abandoned) parking lot with no security outside.<br> Fifth visit: The drive through was closed with booms. I then went inside the Mc Donald's and they informed me that they are unable to help me as they are running a computerized \system". The manager was definitely not apologetic and rather rude to say the least. <br> <br> I just feel that the employees at this particular Mc Donald's are unfriendly and unhelpful and they deliver very poor service. Branches like these are definitely not good for the Mc Donalds group!"""
