Extremely poor service

I am a regular customer at MC Donalds Brentwood mall. Every single time I go to that store there is no frontline worker. They expect customers to wait at the counter over 10 to 15 minutes at a time. I ordered a meal to sit in. The staff member bring the meal but didn't bring the sauce I paid for but before she could walk away I called out and she blatantly ignored me. I then proceeded to the counter calling for assistance and had to wait over 5 minutes to be helped for a simple sauce. I am absolutely appalled with the type of service from this branch.
