Extremely Poor Drive-Through Service,Mc Donald Sunnyside

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at McDonald’s.

I placed a drive-through order at **7:40**, and after paying for my food, I was told to park/wait at the food collection area. I waited for approximately **20 minutes** without receiving my order. I eventually had to call to ask about my food because nobody came to assist me. After making the call, I finally received my food at **8:08** — almost 30 minutes after placing my order.

This delay made me late and completely disrupted my plans for the day. What makes the experience even more disappointing is that when I called to lodge a complaint, I was told that they were already aware that a customer had been waiting too long for their food and that they would look into the matter. They took my contact details but **never got back to me**.

It is unacceptable to wait almost 30 minutes in a drive-through for food that has already been paid for, especially when the staff were apparently aware that there was a customer waiting for an extended period.

This was extremely poor service, and I expected much better from McDonald’s. I hope management takes this complaint seriously and addresses the issue so that other customers do not have to experience the same treatment.
