Extremely poor customer service
I've placed an order today at 17:25 which was supposed to be delivered between 19:30 and 19:45. Still I haven't received my order. I called the delivery service, was put on hold and eventually the phone dropped. No one's called me back to let me know what's happening with the order that I've placed for delivery.
