Extremely disappointing service

I must start off by stating that this was not our first "extremely frustrating" encounter that i have had with Mc Donalds (Norkem Park). Our first extremely dissatisfied experience was ordering from Mc Donalds and being told that they will deliver within (45 minutes). An hour later, we called and were told that the driver had left already. We waited another 15 minutes and no one arrived. Please note that we live less than 5 minutes away from the Mc Donalds Franchise. After almost one and a half hours, the driver arrived. At this point we were hungry, frustrated, annoyed and to top it off, we received the incorrect order. We had order 1 "Big Mac meal" and 1 "Mc Feast Spicy". We got 2 "Big Mac" meals. So, in essence, we were overcharged and disappointed. The second time we ordered (this past Friday), the deliver took almost 2 hours to arrive (1 hour 45 minutes) later. We had to call twice to enquire what the problem, hold-up or delay was but no one could give us a valid reason. I have never-ever been so disappointed in my lives at how a "Fast Food delivery service", which should live up to its name, does exactly the opposite. The service is poor, pathetic and extremely unacceptable.
