extremely disappointed

I'm very disappointed. me and my husband bought the bigmac regular meal and the mcchicken regular meal on Sunday. my husband's bigmac was so dry there literary was no sauce on and the patties was also dry i almost got sick when i saw that. my mcchickens patty was so hard when i tapped it with my nail it sounded like i was tapping on the table. when i took a bite, it was so hard and chewy i lost my appetite. i had the mc chicken on Tuesday again same problem patty was rock hard and chewy, no salt on my fries and my meal was ice cold. today again (30/09/2022) i ordered a mcchicken meal, they firstly took half an hour to deliver. my fries were ice cold no salt, and yet again my burger was rock hard and chewy. i just ate it because i was really hungry. this is absolutely unacceptable i expect a replacement on Sunday's meal and at least a coupon or something for the other two meals, note this is all from brits' malls branch.
