Extremely disappointed customer

I have always enjoyed mcdonalds as a kid and now they have become sloppy. If they're not forgetting to put patties in the burger then they are totally messing up orders. I love their jalapeño sauce and everytime I order it, it is always left out of my order. I'm tired of getting refunded from Mr D for such incompetence.
