Extremely Disappointed

Good morning, extremely disappointed''' 'my husband and I went to the Harrismith branch yesterday around 5pm, we were extremely hungry and were heading to Jhb, we placed an order, we waited almost 30 mins for the order as the store was extremely busy, when we finally received our order we went back to our car to eat, to our dismay there was no lettuce, no tomato, no onion on both our burgers, we went back into the store to enquire and was informed that they were out of stock!!! However when placing the order there was no notice informing clients of this, when you buy a burger you expect the relishes and the lettuce etc, i have my slip an order available, extremely disappointed!!
