EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!

MacDonalds I am highly upset! This was the worst service I have ever received at Secunda Macdonalds.

Tonight I went to buy the small coffee and donut special of R20. The order came and we received only coffee's. We only actually went for the donuts.

I called the manager and she was extremely rude and not willing to correct the mistake made by the cashier. We walked away not being assisted.

The manager did not want to assist us at all and just said we need to pay again to receive the donuts.

I always support Macdonalds, but I am afraid after this I will avoid them at all costs and will make sure all my friends and family dont support them at all.
